Just moved to Rosedale, any tips?

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $264,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 11 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
