Best companies to work for in Roseland?

I've been here for 8 years and The median home value here is around $640,600, which is pretty steep. With a population of 6,211, Roseland is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Roseland sits at 34.3 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 4 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into running, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Meadowbrook side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
