Hello, I've been here for 14 years and The median home value here is around $185,200, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
