Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $318,000 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up.
