Anyone else love living in Rosemead?
OK so I'm retired and What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Riverside. It's challenging for what you get.
Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.
People: Generally average. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Korean.
