Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $729,600 on average. Poverty rate is 11.7%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
