Curious what people think. I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $72,248 in Rosemead. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Rosemead? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
