The good and bad of living in Rosemead

My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,728 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
