Best apartments in Rosemont under ?

Random thought, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 12.1%, which is around average. With a population of 23,448, Rosemont is a small town. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Rosemont sits at 614.8 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Houston about 8 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Strong job market in several industries
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are established, gas is decent.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The public transit is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Four distinct seasons
- The dating scene scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Good luck with whatever you decide..
