Best kept secrets of Rosemont, CA

Hi all, The median home value here is around $436,400, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,719/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Midtown. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
