Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Median household income is $86,178, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 23,448 people. Rent is about $1,719/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $86,178 in Rosemont. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
