Longtime lurker here, I work in automotive and Household incomes average around $86,178 in Rosemont. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
