Rent in Rosemount getting crazy

Hi all, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $406,100 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Cheers. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
