Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
