Is Rosenberg still affordable?

I'm a remote worker and With a population of 39,467, Rosenberg is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 12.8%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've lived in The Heights for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good healthcare facilities
- The dating scene scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. Definitely worth checking out..

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value cultural scene, you'll love it. The cultural scene is genuinely hit or miss and I've found it exceeded my expectations. My neighborhood (Meadowbrook) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Houston, be prepared for the culture shock. safety is completely different here. And Not a lot of cultural diversity.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

I've lived in Old Town for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good healthcare facilities
- The cultural scene scene is solid

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Happy to answer more specific questions..

If you value walkability, you'll love it. The cultural scene is genuinely solid and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. My neighborhood (Oak Park) is stable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Salt Lake City, be prepared for the culture shock. school system is completely different here. And Rising rent and home prices.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
