Moving from Nashville to Rosepine next month

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $59,258 in Rosepine. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Rosepine? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Chicago about 14 years ago. The main reasons were work and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Lots of new development happening
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are reasonable, gas is improving.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Definitely worth checking out..
