Best neighborhoods in Roseville for families?

We have two kids (3 and 7) and are looking for a family-friendly neighborhood in Roseville. Budget is around $2099/month for rent. We prioritize good schools and safety. Any recommendations?

Also, are there good parks and activities for kids in the area?

Don't sleep on Northside. It's up and coming and still affordable.
