Couple moving to Roseville from out of state

I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $630,600 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. The suburbs are where most families end up.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
