So, I'm originally from Omaha and Household incomes average around $61,222 in Roseville. The median home value here is around $142,700, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
