Roseville housing prices -when will it stop?

Hey, Been living here since 2012. Poverty rate is 8.1%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $142,700, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want outdoor recreation, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.
