Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $142,700 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. Median household income is $61,222, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
