Considering Rosewood Heights vs Nashville -help me decide

Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 7.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 4,047, Rosewood Heights is a small town. Homes are going for about $125,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Happy to answer more specific questions..
