Working remotely from Roslyn

Longtime lurker here, Household incomes average around $91,106 in Roslyn. The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Appreciate any input.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in East. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in real estate. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
