Hi all, Just moved here 17 months ago and The median home value here is around $114,600, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Anyone else feel this way? Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters.
