Most overrated things about Rossmoor

I'm a remote worker and With a population of 11,895, Rossmoor is a small town. Homes are going for about $1,234,700 on average. Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Rossmoor sits at 136.7 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Close to nature
- Lots of new development
- Active local events

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Limited dining options
- Homelessness issues downtown
Thanks for reading. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development.
