Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $124,422 in Roswell. You can expect to pay around $1,707 for rent here. Median household income is $124,422, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,707/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in North. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in legal. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 18 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
