Things that make Roswell unique

Hey everyone, Just moved here 18 months ago and Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $520,500 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Close to nature
- Lots of new development

Cons:
- Cold winters
- Limited nightlife
- Boring for young people
