What surprised you most about Roswell?

Hello, I work in manufacturing and Household incomes average around $124,422 in Roswell. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in Sunset for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Strong job market in several industries
- The job market scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Definitely worth checking out..
