Best and worst neighborhoods in Roswell

Been living here since 2013. Poverty rate is 20.5%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider -Roswell sits at 849.9 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Pittsburgh it's surprisingly good.

I've lived in The Heights for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Close to major attractions
- The school system scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Bought a house here in 2021 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Highland area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Baltimore it's improving.
