Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $139,200 on average. Median household income is $50,294, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 20.5%, which is higher than I expected. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
