Homes are going for about $139,200 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Used to live on the West side, now on the East side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
