Hey folks, Been living here since 2022. Homes are going for about $203,700 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
