Living in Rotterdam -the reality

Curious what people think. I'm retired and With a population of 22,798, Rotterdam is a small town. Household incomes average around $81,830 in Rotterdam. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is improving in most areas.
