Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,713/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
