Round Rock quality of life — am I missing something?

Hi all, I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 71°F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
