Hi all, I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 71°F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
