Considering Route 7 Gateway vs Albuquerque -help me decide

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $132,188 in Route 7 Gateway. With a population of 1,032, Route 7 Gateway is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
