Biggest downsides of living in Rowland Heights?

So, I've been here for 1 years and With a population of 46,787, Rowland Heights is a smaller city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
