Longtime lurker here, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $812,900 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading.
