Is public transit usable in Rowland Heights?

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,929 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do?

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
