Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 53-year-old physical therapist and Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. With a population of 46,787, Rowland Heights is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Rowland Heights sits at 128.2 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
