Worst things about Rowland Heights nobody talks about

Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 18 years and Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 46,787, Rowland Heights is a smaller city. Median household income is $85,202, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Close to nature
- Walkable downtown
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- High property taxes
- Boring for young people
Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
