Is Rowlett good for remote workers?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $342,400 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much wild but now it's solid.

Moved here from Houston about 11 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to housing market but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
