Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 4 months ago and Household incomes average around $113,600 in Rowlett. Homes are going for about $342,400 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Thanks! Property taxes are high but you get good services.
