Planning a move to Rowley -neighborhoods?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Rowley sits at 94.2 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,100 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The healthcare is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
