Moving to Roxboro with kids -good idea?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 22-year-old graphic designer and Homes are going for about $138,700 on average. Household incomes average around $39,283 in Roxboro. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? Thanks for reading. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
