OK so Been living here since 2009. It's a a smaller city city with about 39,021 people. Household incomes average around $91,112 in Roy. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
