We have two kids and Median household income is $91,112, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,557/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if food scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Old Town area are excellent. Kids love it here.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The dating scene is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
