First post here. Homes are going for about $833,000 on average. The median home value here is around $833,000, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,806/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
