Just moved to Royal Oak, any tips?

Been meaning to ask this. The median home value here is around $305,900, which seems about average. With a population of 57,880, Royal Oak is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'm a chef and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in North area are tough. Kids love it here.
