Co-working spaces in Royal Palm Beach?

First post here. Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Royal Palm Beach sits at 139.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 3 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've lived in Fairview for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- The traffic scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
